We were excited to see you in church on Sunday. I wanted to let you know how much this has impacted our lives as well as yours. As you are facing the long and painful recovery, I have shared with more than 150 people in 2 weeks that life is not a guarantee and we should live every moment to the fullest! This life is about sharing God's love with people, and you have been a fantastic role model for people to follow. Stay optimistic and we will hopefully see you soon. Carla - you remind me of how my sister writes - her letters at Christmas are so fun to read - so interesting and full of good humor! You obviously have that talent too! :) We will be praying for Lang to be sent to the best place possible - I know the Lord has a wonderful place in mind ! Maybe you should keep some of the "sandbag arm floaties" to slow him down once he's fully recovered! LOL It sure sounds like he is making wonderful, steady progress which is a blessing. I have another friend who went thru a traumatic experience too and he still to this day does not remember, even though it's been years. I suppose in most ways it's a blessing though. I am so happy Darian is coming to see you! I bet he is excited too! Still praying for you all........... Carla,
